When Kobe died in January, in the spirit of mourning, many people put up his pictures with the usual caption ‘RIP’. As usual, many people started bashing talmbout
‘do you know Kobe personally?’
‘did you post him while he was alive?’
‘Shey Kobe will see this?’
‘All of you are just forming’ etc.
Few days ago, Lee Min Ho (I hope that’s the spelling) had his birthday and as expected some of our ladies put up his picture. Cool stuff.
Expectedly, the bashing started…
‘be posting someone that doesn’t know you there’
‘did you post your Daddy on Fathers’ day’
‘Somebody that you can never meet in your life’
‘be posting Lee Min Ho ooo, it is still Sikiru you will marry’ etc.
Yesterday was a popular Man of God’s Birthday. As usual, many people flooded the online space with pictures and eulogies. Funny thing is most people in the categories of those who bashed people posting Kobe and Lee’s picture posted about the MOG.
You see now that you too have posted someone who doesn’t know you, but nobody is dragging you o. You didn’t post your father on Fathers’ day but yesterday you referred to the MOG as your daddy, nobody is saying anything o. Nobody is asking you pe do you know him or does he know you abi will he see and acknowledge your status?
We all saw it and looked away because pe e dinnur concern us like that.
Please kindly maintain that energy whenever anybody posts anybody boya at death or during birthday. E no really concern you
Yo o da.
